{"id":12330,"date":"2025-11-24T11:00:00","date_gmt":"2025-11-24T11:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elementor.zozothemes.com\/egovenz\/2019\/10\/25\/improving-productivity-across-global-teams-copy-4\/"},"modified":"2025-11-24T17:33:52","modified_gmt":"2025-11-24T17:33:52","slug":"increase-affordable-housing-project","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/staezn.pt\/?p=12330","title":{"rendered":"FNE assinala Dia Nacional do Trabalhador de Apoio Educativo\/N\u00e3o Docente"},"content":{"rendered":"\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-post\" data-elementor-id=\"12330\" class=\"elementor elementor-12330\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-9fdbd71 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"9fdbd71\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-3957abb\" data-id=\"3957abb\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5dac4d2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5dac4d2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"font-weight: 300;\"><b><strong>A Federa\u00e7\u00e3o Nacional da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o (FNE) a par dos seus tr\u00eas sindicatos (STAE Zona Norte, STAAE Zona Centro e STAAE Sul e Regi\u00f5es Aut\u00f3nomas) de Trabalhadores de Apoio Educativo\/N\u00e3o Docentes (Assistentes Operacionais, Assistentes T\u00e9cnicos e T\u00e9cnicos Superiores) celebra hoje o Dia Nacional do Trabalhador de Apoio Educativo\/N\u00e3o Docentes.<\/strong><\/b><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Esta\u00a0<b><strong>data \u00e9 uma ocasi\u00e3o para lembrarmos as principais reivindica\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong><\/b>\u00a0destes trabalhadores, em que se incluem a necessidade da valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o e dignifica\u00e7\u00e3o das carreiras, a revis\u00e3o da Portaria de R\u00e1cios, o combate efetivo a todas as situa\u00e7\u00f5es de precariedade, sal\u00e1rios dignos e o refor\u00e7o destes recursos humanos, nas institui\u00e7\u00f5es de ensino, considerados imprescind\u00edveis para o sucesso educativo e funcionamento das nossas escolas.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 300;\">As\u00a0<b><strong>reivindica\u00e7\u00f5es da FNE<\/strong><\/b>\u00a0inserem-se numa valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o real de todos os Trabalhadores de Apoio Educativo, reiterando que h\u00e1 d\u00e9cadas que estes trabalhadores s\u00e3o esquecidos e ignorados pelos sucessivos governos, apelando assim \u00e0 urg\u00eancia da realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de processos negociais com vista \u00e0 valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o das suas fun\u00e7\u00f5es profissionais.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 300;\">A FNE refor\u00e7a que estes trabalhadores continuam a sentir-se \u201cinvis\u00edveis\u201d, como sublinha a Internacional da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o (IE) e que merecem o reconhecimento da sua carreira, porque\u00a0<b><strong>\u201cOs Funcion\u00e1rios de Escola tamb\u00e9m Educam\u201d<\/strong><\/b>\u00a0e s\u00e3o parte na constru\u00e7\u00e3o do futuro.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 300;\"><b><strong>Esta data celebra-se a 24 de novembro, pois foi esse o dia que, em 1999, ficou marcado como o dia dos Trabalhadores N\u00e3o Docentes da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o, devido \u00e0 publica\u00e7\u00e3o do Decreto-Lei n.\u00ba 515\/99 que aprovou o Regime Jur\u00eddico do Pessoal N\u00e3o Docente, que estabeleceu um marco importante para a dignifica\u00e7\u00e3o destes trabalhadores.<br \/><br \/><\/strong><\/b><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Porto, 24 de novembro de 2025<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 300;\"><b><strong>A Comiss\u00e3o Executiva<\/strong><\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Federa\u00e7\u00e3o Nacional da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o &#8211;
